We are a small, independent studio in Ottawa, Ontario. Every item is hand-printed to order, which means we don't have a warehouse of robots. Just real humans making real clothes.

• Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to print and pack your order.
• Canada: Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
• USA: Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days.
• International: We ship worldwide! Times vary by destination (usually 10-15 days).

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 CAD (after discounts).


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
